T HE celebrated songwriter and former frontman of Squeeze, Ace and Mike & The Mechanics, Paul Carrack, is hoping to create a good feeling when he plays at The Hawth tomorrow (Thursday) night.

His show, Good Feelin', features an impressive back catalogue of hits from a career that has spanned five decades.

He will also play hits from his latest album, of the same name, which he produced himself.

Paul plays most of the instruments on it, although his son Jack, now a member of his band, joins him on drums.

The album which Paul has co-written with his old Squeeze pal Chris Difford shows his versatility by interpreting both Nick Lowe and Bruce Springsteen.

The show starts at 7.30pm. Tickets priced between £28.50 and £38.50 can be bought by calling 01293 553636.
